Summer Conditioning Schedule
Mondays - Tuesdays - Thursdays
July 6th - August 13th
Session 1: 7 AM - 7:50 AM
Session 2: 8:10 AM - 9:00 AM
Location: NHS FH Fields (Behind the Tennis Courts)
PRELIMINARY GUIDELINES - NO EXCEPTIONS
· Complete Wellness Self Assessment before EVERY arrival (No assessment, no workout)
· Wear a mask before and after workouts (No mask, no workout)
· Bring individual water bottle (No water bottle, no workout)
· Bring individual hand sanitizer to be used before, during, and after workouts (No sanitizer, no workout)
· Do not share any individual items or equipment
· Wait in your cars until you have been prompted by a Remind message to report to the designated meeting areas.
· Report to designated personal area upon arrival and use that space for rest throughout the workout
· Maintain 6ft social distance at all times
· Only use portable toilet at designated locations
· Do not congregate at any time before, during, or after the workout
· NO CHANGES to the Session you have been assigned to.
